2019-2020 Bundesliga season calendar

The Bundesliga season runs from mid-August to mid-May each year. The league also takes a winter break from mid-December to mid-January and wraps around mid-May.

The 2019-2020 Bundesliga season starts on August 16 and ends on May 16. Games usually kick off at the following times:

Saturdays at 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Sundays at 3:30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

Fridays at 8:30 p.m.

All times are Central European Time (CET). Check listings for current fixtures.

Can Dortmund win the league?

When Bayern Munich kicked off last season with new coach Niko Kovač, many predicted a transitional season for the Bavarians. While archrivals Borussia Dortmund enjoyed a roaring start to the league campaign, Bayern retained the Meisterschale with a string of top performances down the stretch, including a 5-0 hammering of the Black and Yellows at the Allianz Arena.

Can Dortmund mount a sustained title challenge this year? Can either team make a deep run in the Champions League?

Finally, can anyone catch up to Robert Lewandowski in the race for the Torjägerkanone? Leave your predictions below!
