1. Change to a different VPN server location

If you are a UK user who is having issues streaming ITVX, try changing to these different VPN server locations in the following order:

  1. UK – East London
  2. UK – Docklands
  3. UK – London

2. Stream ITVX from your browser

You can stream ITXV from your browser by going to https://www.itv.com/ and signing in using your ITVX account details.

If you are a UK user having issues streaming ITVX from your browser while connected to the VPN, try the following:

  1. Get the ExpressVPN browser extension (available for Windows, Mac, and Linux).
  2. Try connecting to these server locations in the following order:
    1. UK – East London
    2. UK – Docklands
    3. UK – London
  3. If problems persist, try signing out of your ITVX account and clearing your cache and cookies. To clear your cache and cookies on Chrome:
    1. Sign out of your ITVX account.
    2. Click Vertical ellipsis. in the top right-hand side of your Chrome browser window > Delete Browsing Data…
    3. Under Time range, select All time.
    4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    5. Click Delete data.
