This guide will show you how to install, set up, and use the ExpressVPN app for Apple TV on tvOS 17 and later.

Important: If your Apple TV is running tvOS 16 or earlier, update to tvOS 17 or later to use the ExpressVPN app for Apple TV.
Note: If your Apple TV model doesn’t support tvOS 17 or later, you can use MediaStreamer or connect your Apple TV to a router running ExpressVPN. MediaStreamer is designed to improve your streaming experience but doesn’t provide the privacy and security benefits of a VPN connection. If your device supports the ExpressVPN app, we recommend using the app instead.
