Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through Google Play do not have access to the ExpressVPN 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds for App Store purchases

Users whose subscriptions are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes) do not have access to the ExpressVPN 30-day money-back guarantee.

Instead, users can request refunds through the App Store, which are issued solely at the discretion of Apple Support.

How to get a refund

  1. Log into the ExpressVPN+ portal. If prompted, enter your email and click Send Code.
  2. Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner, then select Account & Billing.
  3. Next to Payment History, click View Payments to see your list of invoices.
  4. Click the invoice and select Contact Support.
  5. Add the reason for the request, then select Submit.

Note: As disclosed at checkout, subscriptions purchased between 10 June 2026 and 11 July 2026 are excluded from the ExpressVPN 30-day money-back guarantee, as they include entry into the World Cup Sweepstakes. You can read more in the World Cup Sweepstakes Terms.
