To proceed, click on the screen that shows the message you are seeing:
VPN connection unexpectedly dropped (no Network Lock)
- Click or tap on cancel to stop the reconnection attempt
- Try to access any website with your default internet connection. If you are able, proceed to step 3. Otherwise, proceed to step 5
- Connect to a different ExpressVPN server location and then try to use the internet as normal. Instructions can be found here
- If step 3 does not work, change your VPN protocol and then try to use the internet as normal. Instructions can be found here
- There is likely a problem with your default internet connection

- Disable Network Lock. Instructions can be found here
- Try to access any website with your default internet connection. If you are able, proceed to step 4. Otherwise, proceed to step 6
- Connect to a different ExpressVPN server location and then try to use the internet as normal. Instructions can be found here
- If step 4 does not work, change your VPN protocol and then try to use the internet as normal. Instructions can be found here
- There is likely a problem with your default internet connection
