1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this prize draw is ExpressVPN,Express Technologies Ltd, (“Promoter”). The promotion is operated in partnership with Method Gaming Limited (“Partner”).

2. THE PROMOTION
2.1 The “METHOD Gaming Sweepstake” (“Promotion”) offers entrants the chance to win one of sixty-three (63) prizes (as detailed below) and guarantees all eligible entrants digital rewards (“Digital Rewards”).
2.2 The Promotion will launch at 00:01 (BST) on 28th April 2026 (“Launch Date”). It will close upon the first 500 valid subscriptions being received, or at 23:59 (BST) on 15th July 2026 (“Provisional End Date”), whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Excludes employees of the Promoter, its Partner, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
3.2 The Promotion is open to new subscribers globally, except where prohibited or restricted by local law. By entering, you confirm your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 All entrants must comply with the ExpressVPN Terms of Service, which remain in full effect.

4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To enter, an eligible individual must purchase a new ExpressVPN subscription plan (Basic, Advanced, or Pro) for a duration of 1-month, 12-months, or 24-months during the Promotion Period via the official entry link.
4.2 The number of entries awarded per paid subscription is as follows:

• 1-month plan (any tier): 1 entry
• 12-month plan (any tier): 3 entries
• 24-month plan (any tier): 5 entries

4.3 There is a strict limit of one subscription (and corresponding entry) per person. Entries via agents, third parties, or automated systems are void.
4.4 If a subscription is cancelled under our standard money-back guarantee, the associated entries will be voided. Refunds will be processed in accordance with ExpressVPN's standard Refund Policy.

5. DIGITAL REWARD DELIVERY WINDOW
5.1 A 15-day holding period applies to all subscriptions globally before Digital Rewards are issued and entries are secured.
5.2 If a subscription remains active and has not been refunded by 23:59 (BST) on the 15th day after purchase, the Digital Rewards will be delivered and entries for the grand prize draw become fully eligible.
5.3 Digital Rewards will not be delivered, and entries will be void, for any subscription cancelled or refunded within this 15-day window.

6. DIGITAL REWARDS
6.1 The first 500 eligible subscribers who meet the condition in Section 5.2 will receive the following Digital Rewards, fulfilled by the Partner:

• 3 Months Premium Access to METHOD services;
• Special Discord Rank on the METHOD server;
• Exclusive Merch Discount Code;
• Fourthwall reward/reward access; and
• Priority Access to "Method vs Community" content.

6.2 Digital Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to the Partner's own terms and policies. ExpressVPN does not control fulfillment of the Digital Rewards.
6.3 Subscribers will be contacted via the email address associated with their ExpressVPN account, initially by ExpressVPN, with instructions on how Method will arrange delivery of the Digital Rewards.

7. PRIZE DRAW & WINNER SELECTION
7.1 Once 500 valid subscriptions have completed the 15-day holding period, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries within 5 business days using an independently verified computer program.
7.2 If 500 subscriptions are not reached by the Provisional End Date, the draw will proceed from all subscriptions that have completed the 15-day period by that date.
7.3 Prizes available to be won:

• Grand Prize: 1x 5080 Gaming PC (make/model to be specified)
• Runner-Up Prizes:
  • 10x METHOD Jerseys

Total: 63 winners.

7.4 Winners will be selected in descending order, starting with the Grand Prize.
7.5 The Promoter will email winners using the email address provided at subscription. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner, subject to time and legal constraints.
7.6 METHOD will contact verified winners regarding prize fulfillment and delivery details. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of winner verification.
7.7 No cash or credit alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in unforeseen circumstances.

8. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY
8.1 The Promoter and its Partner will process entrant personal data to administer this Promotion. ExpressVPN's Privacy Policy applies.
8.2 To deliver Digital Rewards and prizes, the Promoter will securely share the names and email addresses of entrants/winners with the Partner, who will act as an independent data controller for fulfillment purposes.
8.3 By accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonable publicity use of their name and/or gamer tag by the Promoter and Partner for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or network issues. The Promoter's total liability is limited to the value of the prizes, to the fullest extent permitted under English law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9.2 The Partner is solely responsible for the fulfillment and quality of the Digital Rewards and physical prizes. The Promoter disclaims liability for any issues arising from those items.

10. GENERAL
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion in cases of suspected fraud, force majeure, or regulatory necessity.
10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.3 Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If any provision is deemed invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
