Terms and Conditions for the ExpressVPN x Tottenham Hotspur Dare Skywalk & Stadium Tour Contest on Instagram

1. Overview
   ExpressVPN organizes the ExpressVPN Tottenham Hotspur Contest (the “Contest”) and is open to Instagram users who fulfill the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
   This Contest is open to all Instagram users worldwide, except for employees of ExpressVPN and affiliate companies, Tottenham Hotspur FC (THFC), and their immediate family members. Entrants must be at least 16 years old at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
   To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow @expressvpn and @spursofficial on Instagram.
• Like the official Contest post.
• Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the post.

 For additional entries, participants may:

• Reshare the post on their Instagram Stories publicly to receive three (3) extra entries.

Entries are only valid if submitted between 19 February 2025, 9:00 AM GMT and 28 February 2025, 9:00 PM GMT.

4. Prize
   Five (5) winners will receive two (2) tickets to The Dare Skywalk and Private Stadium Tour, scheduled for Saturday, 8 March 2025 or Saturday, 22 March 2025, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The tickets are non-transferable, and no alternative prize is available. The prize does not include any travel or accommodation.
5. Selection of Winner
   The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by 1 March 2025. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6. No Purchase Necessary
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
7. Publicity
   By entering the Contest, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the Contest without additional compensation, if requested by the organizers.
8. Data Privacy
   Any personal data provided in the course of entering the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be processed in accordance with ExpressVPN’s Privacy Policy.
9. Disqualification
   ExpressVPN reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of Instagram’s terms of service.
10. General Conditions

• The Contest is subject to Instagram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• ExpressVPN reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice.
• ExpressVPN is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered entries due to technical issues.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ExpressVPN is registered, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
    This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability related to the Contest.
