If you have Cisco Umbrella installed on your device, you may not be able to access certain websites, services, or apps.
To resolve the issue, try disabling the Cisco Umbrella roaming client:
- Disconnect from the ExpressVPN app or disable any manually configured VPN connections.
- Disable the Cisco Umbrella roaming client. (On Mac, you can add a disable option for the roaming client to the Menu Bar and do it from there instead.)
- Connect to a VPN server location.
- Try accessing the website, online service, or app again.
