Important: After purchasing a Dedicated IP for Teams, you must assign a location before your team can use it. Once you confirm your dedicated IP locations, you can’t change them.

Set up dedicated IP locations
- In the ExpressVPN for Teams dashboard, click Dedicated IP from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click Set Up Now.
- Select the checkboxes next to the locations you want to assign to your dedicated IPs. You can browse the list or use the search box to find a specific location.
- Note: If you purchased multiple dedicated IPs, you don’t need to choose all the locations at once. For example, if you purchased 2 dedicated IPs, you can select up to 2 locations now or select one and come back to this process to assign the second location later.
- Click Continue.
- You’ll see the location(s) you’ve selected. Select the checkbox to confirm that you understand your location(s) selection is irreversible.
- If you want to edit your location(s) before continuing, click Back to Location Selection.
- If you want to customize the location name your users will see in the ExpressVPN app, click the location and enter a new name.Note: Custom names must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters, maximum 64 characters
- Alphanumeric characters (uppercase, lowercase, and digits)
- Hyphens are the only permitted special character
- Click Confirm Location(s).
- You’ll see a loading screen while your dedicated IPs are being configured.
- You should see a confirmation screen once complete.
