This guide shows you how to import your logins, credit or debit cards, and secure notes from LastPass into ExpressKeys using your computer.

Once your passwords are imported, you can use ExpressKeys to review your password health, identify weak or reused passwords, and update them to improve your security.

Import your LastPass data using your computer

1. Export your LastPass data

  1. Log into your LastPass account.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Advanced options.Advanced options in LastPass account.
  3. Select Export.Export data from LastPass.
  4. Enter your login details.
  5. A CSV file will be saved to your device automatically.

2. Import your LastPass data into ExpressKeys

  1. In Chrome, Opera, Edge, Vivaldi, or Brave, install the ExpressKeys browser extension for Chrome.
  2. In the toolbar, open Extensions (jigsaw icon) and click ExpressKeys.ExpressKeys browser extension.
  3. Click the Options tab > Settings.Settings in ExpressKeys browser extension.
  4. Click Import from existing services.Import data from existing services to ExpressKeys.
  5. Select LastPass.Import data from LastPass to ExpressKeys.
  6. Click Choose File.Import data from LastPass to ExpressKeys.
  7. Select the CSV file you exported earlier and click Open.Import data from LastPass to ExpressKeys.
  8. Your data will import automatically. You should see a green tick next to your file.Import data from LastPass to ExpressKeys.

3. Remove the LastPass browser extension

LastPass will continue to prompt you to fill your logins for sites or services, interfering with ExpressKeys. To prevent this, remove the LastPass browser extension.

  1. Open the extensions menu by typing the below text into your search bar:
    • Chrome: Enter chrome://extensions/ in the search bar.
    • Edge: Enter edge://extensions/ in the search bar.
    • Brave: Enter brave://extensions/ in the search bar.
    • Opera: Enter opera://extensions/ in the search bar.
    • Vivaldi: Enter vivaldi://extensions/ in the search bar.Chrome extensions bar.
  2. Find LastPass.LastPass Chrome extension.
  3. Click Remove > Remove.Remove LastPass Chrome extension.
