This guide will show you how to reset your ExpressKeys recovery code. You should reset your recovery code if you have lost it or believe it may have been compromised.

To reset your recovery code, you will need your vault password. You can reset your recovery code using the ExpressKeys app for Android or the ExpressKeys Chrome extension.

ExpressKeys for Android and iOS

  1. In the ExpressKeys app for Android or iOS, tap .The ExpressKeys app on mobile, showing the Profile option highlighted

  6. Save your new recovery code and store it in a safe place. You can copy and paste it into a note or a document or download it as a PDF file. ExpressKeys Chrome extension

  1. Open the ExpressKeys Chrome extension.Google Chrome Extensions tab, showing the ExpressKeys extension.

If you have lost both your vault password and your recovery code, contact our Support Team to reset your password manager account.
