This guide will show you how to reset your ExpressKeys recovery code. You should reset your recovery code if you have lost it or believe it may have been compromised.
To reset your recovery code, you will need your vault password. You can reset your recovery code using the ExpressKeys app for Android or the ExpressKeys Chrome extension.

ExpressKeys for Android and iOS
- In the ExpressKeys app for Android or iOS, tap
.
- Tap Access and Recovery.

- Enter your vault password, then tap Verify.

- Tap Get New Recovery Code.

- Tap Reset Recovery Code to confirm.

- Save your new recovery code and store it in a safe place. You can copy and paste it into a note or a document or download it as a PDF file. When done, tap Close.

ExpressKeys Chrome extension
- Open the ExpressKeys Chrome extension.

- Click the Options tab, then Settings.

- Under Security, click Reset your recovery code.

- In the pop-up, click Reset Recovery Code to confirm.

- Enter your primary password, then click Verify.

- Store your new recovery code in a safe place. You can copy and paste it into a secure note or save it as a PDF file. Once done, select Continue.
