This guide will show you how to download the legacy version of the ExpressVPN apps for Windows and Mac.

We recommend using the latest version of the ExpressVPN app for the best privacy and security. Downgrade only if necessary.

To download a legacy version of the ExpressVPN app:

  1. Go to the ExpressVPN+ setup page. If prompted, enter your ExpressVPN email and select Send Code. Then enter the verification code sent to your email and select Continue.ExpressVPN sign-in screen with email field and Send Code button.
  2. Under Applications > Operating systems, select Mac or Windows.Operating systems section highlighted on the ExpressVPN+ portal setup page.
