ExpressKeys browser extension

If your logins and other saved items (secure notes, files, and credit/debit card details) are not syncing properly across your devices, follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each step:

  1. Verify that the devices experiencing the syncing issue are connected to the internet.
  2. If you are connected to a network where internet access may be restricted, connect to a VPN.
  3. Use another device or connect to a different network.
  4. Check that the extension is up to date:
    • Chrome: Go to chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, and if you see an Update button for ExpressKeys, click to update it.
    • Firefox: Go to about:addons. Click the settings icon (gear) in the top-right, then select Check for Updates. Firefox will install any available extension updates.
  5. Sign out, reload the extension, then sign back into your ExpressKeys account.
  6. On a web browser, visit chrome://extensions in Chrome or about:addons in Firefox. Disable and enable the ExpressKeys extension.
  7. On the same page, remove the extension entirely, then reinstall it on Chrome or Firefox.
