This guide will show you how to update the credit card details associated with your ExpressVPN account, including how to add new credit cards, update existing ones, and remove credit cards. This enables you to renew your subscription using a different credit card from the one you used to sign up.
You can only see your credit card information in your account settings if you previously purchased your subscription through the ExpressVPN website.

Add new credit card
To add a new credit card:
- To go Account & Billing.
- If prompted, enter your email address and select Send Code.
- Enter the verification code that is sent to your email, then select Continue.
- Scroll down to Credit card and select Update.
- Select Add New.
- Fill in your new credit card information and select Add.

Edit existing credit card
To edit an existing credit card:
- To go Account & Billing.
- If prompted, enter your email address and select Send Code.
- Enter the verification code that is sent to your email, then select Continue.
- Scroll down to Credit card and select Update.
- Select the credit card you want to update.
- Select Edit Payment Method.
- Add your new credit card information, then select Update.

Remove credit card
Note: You can only remove a credit card associated with your ExpressVPN account if you have another credit card assigned as your primary payment method.
To remove a credit card associated with your ExpressVPN account:
- To go Account & Billing.
- If prompted, enter your email address and select Send Code.
- Enter the verification code that is sent to your email, then select Continue.
- Scroll down to Credit card and select Update.
- Select the credit card you want to remove.
- Select Remove Payment Method.
- Select Confirm.
