If you cannot access the ExpressVPN router dashboard, you will see a message saying “Looks like you’re not connected to the ExpressVPN router.”

To access the ExpressVPN router dashboard, make sure you have:

  1. Set up the ExpressVPN app on your specific router:
  2. Connected to the ExpressVPN router network properly:
    • Wi-Fi connection: Make sure you have selected your ExpressVPN router Wi-Fi network and are not using a LAN cable.
    • LAN connection: Make sure the LAN cable is properly connected to the router and your device, then turn off your Wi-Fi.
  3. Turned off any VPN connection running via the ExpressVPN app or manual configuration on your device.

If the issue persists, restart your router and try to access the ExpressVPN router dashboard again.
