Your ExpressVPN router app uses a combination of network names and passwords. This guide will show you how to find these items and understand where they are used.

All of the relevant network names and passwords can be found on the sticker at the bottom of your router. A typical sticker will look like this:

8-digit password

This is the password that is used for logging into www.expressvpnrouter.com after you have flashed the Linksys firmware. The corresponding username is admin.

Wireless network name

After setting up your router, you can connect your devices to the router’s encrypted and secure network. The wireless network name is the second-last item on the sticker and is labeled Wireless Network.

Wireless network password

When connecting to your router’s wireless network (network name found above), you will need to enter the correct password. This password is the bottom item on the sticker and is labeled Wireless Password.
