If you are a UK user having issues streaming BBC iPlayer, try changing to these different VPN server locations in the following order:
- UK – East London
- UK – Dockland
- UK – London
- UK – Wembley
- UK – Midlands

2. Stream BBC iPlayer in a web browser
Try streaming BBC iPlayer from your web browser by going to https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer.
If you are having issues streaming BBC iPlayer from your browser while connected to the VPN:
- Try changing to these different VPN server locations in the following order:
- UK – East London
- UK – Dockland
- UK – London
- UK – Wembley
- UK – Midlands
- If you are still experiencing problems, try signing out of your BBC iPlayer account and clearing your cache and cookies. To clear your cache and cookies on Chrome:
- Sign out of your BBC iPlayer account.
- Clickin the top right-hand side of your Chrome browser window > Delete Browsing Data…
- Under Time range, select All time.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
