Navigate to your iPhone's VPN settings (Settings-> General-> Network-> VPN-> Add VPN configuration...)

 

VPN Settings:

a. Under VPN setup, choose L2TP.
b. Enter a description (can be anything), and the server address
 Server address, account name, password were provided to you by our support team

c. Enter Account, Password, Secret (12345678)
d. Turn RSA SecurID OFF and turn ON Send All traffic.

 

5. Connect.
